Thank you for choosing Vinayak Shree Travels. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, which apply to all bookings for our cab, self-drive car, and bike rental services. By renting a vehicle or booking a ride with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Booking and Reservation

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, mobile app, or customer service.

• A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from our team.

• A valid ID proof and security deposit may be required at the time of booking.

2. Driver Shifts and Availability

• Driver Shifts: Standard shifts are 8 hours. Changes may occur for extended trips.

• Drivers should be treated with respect at all times. Any abusive behavior may result in immediate cancellation of services without a refund.

3. Self-Drive Car and Bike Rentals

• Eligibility: Self-drive rentals are available for customers aged 21+ with a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.

• Vehicle Condition: Before starting the rental, both customer and company will inspect the vehicle for any existing damage.

• Fuel Responsibility: Customers are responsible for refueling the vehicle and ensuring it is returned with the same fuel level.

• Geographical Restrictions: Rental vehicles must only be used within the permitted area.

• Damages: Customers are liable for any damage incurred during the rental period.

4. Vehicle Damage and Insurance

• Responsibility for Damage: Any damage or loss to the rented vehicle (due to accidents or negligence) is the responsibility of the customer.

• Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance is provided; however, customers will bear any costs exceeding the insurance limit.

• Accident Reporting: In case of an accident, the customer must inform local authorities and Vinayak Shree Travels immediately.

5. Payment and Cancellations

• Payment: Payment must be made in advance or according to the agreed terms. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for self-drive rentals. This deposit will be returned, minus any deductions for damages or fines.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No refund will be provided if the service is canceled after the scheduled pickup time.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, carrying hazardous materials, or operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Unauthorized Drivers: Only the person who booked the vehicle, or those authorized in writing, may drive the rented vehicle.

7. Liability and Indemnity

• Limitation of Liability: Vinayak Shree Travels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from vehicle rental or use.

• Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify Vinayak Shree Travels against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the vehicle.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.8.

9. Amendments to Terms

Vinayak Shree Travels reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be communicated to customers at the time of booking.
